★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have nice LOOKING clothing, but the quality is absolutely horrendous. Everything is overpriced and every single pair of pants I bought at this store has worn out or ripped within a few weeks of wearing them. Not good, wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Planet used to be my first go-to for a quick outfit for the weekend, unfortunately, today's visit was disappointing. I went on my lunch break to go find an outfit for my own bachelorette party. I must have grabbed 20 articles of clothing, there was 3 people working and it was a quiet Monday afternoon, not a single girl asked if I was doing alright in the change room. A lot of the clothing I needed different sizes and I didn't have enough time to find them myself so I didn't end up purchasing them. There was one dress I really wanted to try on in a larger size, I got dressed and ran out to search for it. Three women behind the till with no customers at the cash and not one of them offered to help me. I wasn't pleased.
