★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pricey!!! Salespeople appear overwhelmed & not interested or able to help a customer perhaps by no fault of their own.
One particular shrub there is $47 where at other nurseries it is either $35 or $32. Big difference!

Staff will never greet you or proactively ask you if you need help or have any questions.
I've also noticed they'll avoid eye contact in the hopes that you'll avoid asking them for help.
Too bad - such a nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could leave less the one star. The people working here have an attitude problem. I came here with my Grandmother to ask some really simple questions about some trees they were selling and the whole time we were talking to this women she was trying to tell us to go ask the other person in the garden area but there was no one there & she wouldn’t believe us, she was actually arguing with us about it but we simply just wanted to ask some questions. As we were leaving before we were even out of ear shot she says to another customer “sorry about them” as if our simple questions were such a hassle out of your “busy” day. It’s a business & part of working for a business is answering some questions about the product. It just comes with the territory. Apparently this isn’t the first time my Grandmother has been treated poorly here. For their insane prices you’d think they would at least be a little friendlier. I would not give this place your business if I were you. (not to mention the items they sell that are completely appropriated from other cultures) This place is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought our first home and needed help with our landscaping. Very impressed, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The young man that delivered our mulch was incredibly nice and professional.
All around a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a lot of selection and the product always looks really nice, especially the hanging baskets. On the downside, the customer service seems to be lacking.
The last two times I visited, I helped other customers find things that the staff were either unable (due to lack of product knowledge) or unwilling to help them find other than maybe a finger pointed in the approximate direction. This is compared to another nursery I visit, where the staff will approach you to see if you need help finding anything, ask if you need a tray and stop what they are doing to take you directly to the product you're looking for. Not once have I been approached by a staff member here. I think a bit more effort in this area would really improve the customer experience while shopping here.
