★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased entire kitchen 10 years ago. the cupboard starting peeling after 5 years and we replaced the doors. this company is no longer a supplier for home depot. to replace our kitchen we were quoted $25,000. + tx + installation. All the manager would offer us in compensation is $1,-000. We have not shopped there since!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great store! They work hard to keep their inventory stocked, and staff are very helpful! Today, Lisa helped us out in custom blinds. She has helped out on previous visits, and she is so very knowledgeable! Home Depot is lucky to have her on staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday April 22 I purchased a tool with bonus charger and battery. I asked an employee to help because the isle from the website didn't exist (13) I showed him the picture on my phone and we found it. When I arrived home it was the wrong size. 1/2 instead of 3/8. NO problem I drove back April 25. I explained that I wanted to exchange the tool.During this discussion another employee interrupted and sent employee #1 on break. Employee #2 took my bag to make sure I wasn't returning empty boxes. Thats understandable. Then she returned all my money. I said I wanted an exchange. She said go find it. Went to where the item was on Friday and it wasn't there. I spoke to 2 employees with one telling me they are on 39. They were not. If I could give customer service 0 I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t live in Owen Sound but called to see if they had an item for me and was put through to seasonal (after a long wait on the phone ). After the guy confirmed they had what I wanted we drove a long way to find out they were online only. If the guy would of said that I wouldn’t of driven all the way there… Very dissatisfied especially with the price of gas. Manager said she would discount the online order but they didn’t even have one on line. Won’t drive that way again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a refrigerator at home depot and the service was immaculate as usual. Our short wait gave us time to observe other makes and models. Excellent service from Charlotte and Gail. They worked out all the details to get the discount on our appliance and set it up for our order to be ready for pick up. The gentleman that put the fridge in our vehicle was super helpful and very kind. Kudoos to the staff at home depot:)?
