b	brittany soutar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend you steer clear of this place , purchased a car from them (2013 Cruze)and the engine needed to be replaced two months later and when I spoke to Dale about it he was extremely unprofessional and rude . 3000 miles or three months warranty but because I had 3200 miles on it there was nothing they could do about it , not even show the slightest bit of sympathy . Do not buy a car from them Response to dale : That is an absolute blatant lie I had 3200 km on it . When I spoke to you you told me to bring it into your mechanic and made it very clear to me that you would not be covering any of the charges as it was not under warranty Anymore . You persisted to say that I could've had the option to get a further warranty and there was nothing you could do ... This was truly the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a used vehicle . I make sure to tell everybody I know to steer clear from Lucky dog .

They make the buying experience so easy, too. If you're looking to buy a used car, skip the hassle of shopping kijiji and the hassle of all the back & forth runaround you get at other dealerships.
