He asked if I wanted to have the truck dropped off at a garage to avoid another tow for me once home. I explained to him that I was just new in the area and had no idea where to take the truck for repairs. Bob said he knew of one and stopped at a place 5 minutes from my home and inquired as to whether or not they could repair. The garage said they could so he dropped the truck off at this location then drove me to my home. Bob went above and beyond in helping me with his great customer service. Very professional and friendly.
