★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a 2022 Tiguan from Danielle. She was very thorough in covering all aspects of the purchase and the car. Only had for 1 day so far but very pleased with the vehicle itself. Lots of leg and head room both front and back areas. Lots of bells and whistles - going to take some time to learn them all. Julie, the Finance Manager was also very thorough in explaining the paperwork. All in all, a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new Jetta and a Tiguan from them. Was very happy with their service at first. Then something always seemed to get damaged every single time I brought my vehicles in for an oil change.
Everything from leaving tools on the engine which scratched the undersides of the hoods, to someone leaning or kneeling on the grills and breaking them, to the final straw where they put the hoist through the floor of my Jetta, then blamed my wife saying she ran something over.
Had pictures of everything, contacted the manager and owner and they did not seem to care. So filed a complaint and sent all pictures to VW Canada who also did not care at all.
So now my two VW's get serviced at another shop and my two new vehicles are of another brand and dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was travelling from London Ontario to Calgary Alberta and the hood release broke on my VW Tiguan. It was 15 minutes before closing time at the end of the day but I stopped in to see if someone could help me out. I was greeted with a friendly gentleman at the service desk who told me to drive the car into the service bay. A young tech/mechanic took a look at if for me, topped the car up with some windshield washer fluid and I was good to with no charge. There was a lady working in Service that informed me of the road closures and other information while I waited. I cannot thank Northside VW and their awesome team for helping me out in a time of need, especially just a few minutes before closing. You don't find this type of service anymore, I strongly recommend Northside Volkswagen to anyone. What an awesome experience and one I will never forget! Thank you!

The service from Danielle and Julie was great and made our purchase quick and easy.
