★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE service! Not worth even worth ONE star! Staff are surly, argumentative, downright rude and incompetent to boot. I'll gladly drive twice as far PAST them to get to a decent RV service centre. There's one just a couple of miles up the road. We'll never go to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a blow out on my boat trailer when traveling from kenora to southern Ontario. It ended up shearing the wheel studs off and leaving me in a bad spot.
Martins trailers was super accommodating, they popped out the broken studs and replaced them super quickly to get me back on the road.
Great service and friendly people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the first day of a holiday we contacted Martins trailer for some technical assistance due to a safety issue on our travel trailer. Chris was most pleasant on the telephone at the usual emergency time, Friday at 4 pm and welcomed us to try to arrive before closing that day or on the Saturday morning following. At 9:30 am Saturday, Ed had us most pleasantly back on the road having resolved our issue and calmed our concerns. The two of them have earned our total trust and recommend their personal approach and most considerate and professional service.

Krissy is a pleasure to deal with up front and always responds to questions no matter how trivial the question is!
