In fact I was told by Eric to come to his shop like a real man and see what happens! Best of luck with these people!

No nonsense, and making sure the customer is happy. If you have issues with them, it's probably because you are disrespectful.

Drove a long way to get there, and the trailer was sold. Then the sales guy, who must be a very nice man, spent the rest of the time I was there answering his phone and replying to questions about random trailer parts while I'm looking at buying a trailer. I did get to see some trailers, and they look like great products. But when I'm standing there with my cheque book in my pocket and his focus is someone looking for a 50 amp surge protector or someone with a technical issue, I'm not buying here. I'll find another dealer.

M	Mo MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was above and beyond!! we needed a weight distribution hitch for our newly purchased (private sale) used cargo trailer. We were told by a trailer company in Springmount Ontario that it couldn't be put on our trailer it wouldn't fit (this was determined in a quick glance from 25 to 30 ft away). Eric and Doug at Morry's said absolutely they could fit us with one. We pulled in at 9:50 they installed it right then and there and we were heading for home to Springmount by 10:35. They couldn't do enough for us and very friendly. An absolute 11 out of 10 experience!!!!!!

We just now traded and bought our first fifth wheel trailer from Morry’s. We have dealt with three other rv dealerships in the purchasing of past units and this was by far the most honest and professional experience that we have ever come across. If you want honesty and the straight up goods then come prepared to deal!!! Cause Eric is quick with his numbers and knows his stuff. What a pleasure to deal with these days.
