★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called, emailed, texted for emergency service. Got a return call 3 days later. I was told damage to my rv was my own fault and to tie up my awning to get my trailer 8 hours home. Then I was told that nobone had parts and that they were 4-6 weeks away and it would cost me too much money! So I told them I had already gotten someone to come and fix the trailer with the correct parts they had in stock! Terrible service. Luckily I don't live near Owen Sound.

The staff there are wonderful! I had purchased a Jayco trailer just prior to these guys opening.
When the lights on my trailer were recalled due to them being a fire risk, Lakeview RV worked with the dealership I had purchased my trailer from to have my lights replaced as they are much closer to home than the other dealership.
The sales man Jason, the parts man Steve and the RV the RV tech were all fantastic! I would recommend anyone to go and check out this new dealership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were looking for a trailer, the staff was pleasent and helpful but they definitely scared us away with their pandemic pricing. Its a shame that prices have gone up so much that you are forced not to shop local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to order a new window for our Jayco. Was asked where we bought it and once Steve heard it wasn't from them his response was call the selling dealership. His response after was "good luck with trying to get that fixed, better board up the window." If you are going to only service what you sell them that really limits your business. I would rather travel 2 hours then deal with a dealer with this attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi all. We purchased a 2021 Jayco Jayflight SLX 21QB from Lakeview RV in October of 2021. This was during the Co-Vid crisis. We had looked around for a used trailer but not much was available. Lots of people going camping which has reduced new and used inventory everywhere. This trailer was the smallest tandem axle without a pop out. We really intended it for a couples trailer to potentially pull to the Maritimes. Living in Grey-Bruce, there is lots of great camping around here.
We found Steve in sales to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Lakeview kept our RV over the winter and we were able to start the warranty in the spring. Thank you. When we picked up the trailer in April, Steve in service went through the trailer with us thoroughly and made sure that our truck was properly connected with sway bars. I also met Reid, the owner, and he assisted us with a few details. We hope that the Jayco trailer will work well for us over the next few years. So far, we have really enjoyed the trailer. Everything works so far. When it stops working, we will be happy to receive assistance from our local Lakeview RV dealer. The staff there have been great and we would be happy to recommend them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great guys, Don and Reid made our purchase effortless and squeezed us in so I could pick up early last Sat. and not have to travel on the long weekend (May be a quiet one this year in Ontario) Glad we did the 2 hour drive, most RV sales Companies didn't even respond to our request to view there units. Love our New Jayco RV, looks and tows amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience upgrading our travel trailer to a new Jayco. Casual and fun experience that was hassle free. Reid, Steve and Nick where all great and very professional. Pricing was fair and they had the trailer we wanted in stock. Trailer was ready ahead of schedule and I really appreciated Nick’s fun and detailed run down of the entire trailer operation on delivery. Cant ask for more than that. We looked at a lot of dealers when purchasing our last RV and it was a stressful experience. This time we are happy to have found a great experience on our first stop close to home. Would recommend.

Dealing with Steve the maintenance and parts manager he was very quick to resolve any issues we had and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met promptly!! Their service tech Rick was quick to respond and very thorough when fixing any issues! He offered professional advice to help maintain my unit in tip top shape! I highly recommend dealing with this team!!
