Zack is very professional, full of resources, friendly, helpful, patient, and expert in his field. He is definitely a great asset! 10 stars for Zack :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in yesterday to the 424 Catherine St. location, having an issue with my phone, I wasn’t able to make or receive calls and also iPhone wasn’t working on my new phone. Ashley Carrier was there to help me, she was so kind and courteous and also very funny and endearing. She made me feel very comfortable while managing to make me smile and laugh. She said the tech guy wasn’t in that day as he was home sick, but she texted him to see if he was able to help - and he did. His name is Zachary Pudsey, and he literally spent half an hour on speakerphone with Ashley helping me troubleshoot the problems with my phone, while he was at home SICK! That is incredible customer service and team work. Zachary was so helpful and knowledgeable, and the fact that he took the time to help a customer when he wasn’t even working..? Wow. I was so thankful. Honestly these two employees deserve a raise for their team work and impeccable customer service. If they don’t get a raise I’ll be mad! Amazing employees and they both helped me fix the problem. In 35 minutes. It was an urgent issue for me and together they helped me. I am more than satisfied with their customer service. Thank you Ashley and Zach, you two are so awesome.

From the time I placed my order online to picking up my phone in store. Ashley was awesome helping to set up my daughters phone, even when it went past closing, she did not rush anything or cut any corners. We really appreciated when Zach interrupted his work to help us put on the screen protector.
