COVID has certainly added a barrier to in-person service but I would HIGHLY recommend their services. I am so pleased with my new phone and phone plan!

β β β β β Henny is such a great rep. We to upgrade our phones and our contract. We ordered a phone color they didn't have and had to order. Henny was awesome. I helped us with every step and kept us up to date on the status of our account and the phones. When we arrived he didn't miss a detail. We are pretty pleased with his service, expertise. We got exactly what we wanted. I totally recommend it. :-)

I was having some issues getting a new phone and with the bring it back program. Henny went above and beyond to help. Knowledgable and patient as well as being very cognizant of my time he was able to send me on my way while he solved the problem.

My husband has been a customer here for many years but I decided to switch over, given the easy access to the storefront and cost benefits of a joint account. I am delighted.
