★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. We went to get two new SIM cards for me and my wife, and the staff there (a shout out to Fawwaz the guy who helped us there) was super chill. He even brought a chair and sanitized it for my pregnant wife. Got us two similar numbers. Great plan, but awesome staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Freedom store and asked to activate a $19 plan and $5 add-on for international talk-time. The agent did not activate the add-on and confirmed me of doing so, as a result $24+Tax was charged from my freedom profile. The guy who did this was also unskilled. I took my service on 09 Sep, 2021 at 12:31 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit of a wait before you can speak to a sales associate but I'll assume this location is understaffed, as other reviewers have mentioned. I was helped by Mohammed M when setting up a new plan for my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 as I was previously a customer for Virgin Mobile. He explained everything clearly and was knowledgeable about the process of porting my number over to Freedom. I signed up for their $40/6 GB data plan and so far it's been great connectivity-wise as long as I'm downtown or their within their specified LTE zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best branch in Ottawa, Fawaaz was the employee who served me and made everything easy and understandable for me from the begginning to the end, even helped me get my old number back. When In doubt ask for Fawaaz and you will not be disappointed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lovely experience. They have good customer care, but freedom mobile service is lacking. For instance, it keeps disconnecting randomly for no reason, not weather, not location, nothing. Otherwise its affordable for use within ottawa.
