A	Adam Kates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner knows a lot. I've had 3 paintings framed by him so far and I am bringing 2 more. He doesn't try to upsell. One of the antique paintings was badly cracked. I don't know how he managed it but it looks barely blemished now (it's still 100 years old and there are some bits fading a bit). Highly recommend.

Over time, he has given me amazing ideas for items of interest in his eclectic store. You cannot beat the prices and it would be robbery to go lower than his asking price. I was also referred to Picture Works by others to get professionally-done frames on my antique portraits and they came out beautifully! I will be a loyal customer as long as this store is around!!

Hassan seemed like a nice man, but he clearly had no ethical standards or sense of accountability. I should have trusted my gut rather than give him $250 to frame a few things. For months, it was promise after promise, BS like "I'm 99% sure they'll be done next week". He never did deliver and I ultimately discovered that my items (one of which was my PhD parchment) were lost among the many piles of trash in the middle of a cavernous room. So much for trying to help out small businesses. Good riddance!
