β β β β β Very nice upscale property in Ottawa's centretown. Professional, well-kept entrance & surrounding waiting areas. Several elevators so short wait times.. Lovely outdoor pool & jacuzzi, BBQ/party area outside, & clean inviting workout room nearby.

β β β β β The 16th floor apartment was stunning. It had a balcony with superb city views. Two large screen tv's and a full kitchen. We loved this place but what really made our stay memorable was the excellent concierge. Funny and helpful to a fault.

β β β β β Really enjoyed our stay! Easy to find, great communication, and the room have a beautiful view of the city. We also had a late checkout - free of charge - The only thing is the pool and spa is close for visitors & I had to call to know, it should be mentioned in my opinion. I think that the price should reflect that as well. Also our room only had one shower robe but 2 pair of slippersβ¦

β β β β β This was by far my favourite stay in Ottawa! I travel for business often and I must mention that Ingrid went above and beyond to accommodate my check in and make me feel so welcome!I stayed on the 16th floor and the view and condo were beautiful. Only thing missing was a balcony but understand they cannot accommodate every request. Thank you Ingrid for the amazing customer experience:)
