★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented here for a year and had no major problems besides a bed bug scare. Others in the building cited they had recurring issues, but we found at most a few bugs in our apartment -- though District Realty's "extermination" method was questionable (a mystery substance in a spray bottle squirted against all baseboards). Despite that, these are clean, but old apartments. Can be a little loud if your room is facing Bank street. Superintendent was kind and management was very amenable when we wanted to terminate our lease. If they fix the bed bug problem it'd be highly rated. Great location, high ceilings and reasonable price.
