Floors are also very creaky and distracting. Important note that I did not get reimbursed through the PSHCP on my second visit (early october 2021) because the RMT was no longer associated in Ontario!

My whole body is in pain from the gyms being closed due to Covid. So I showed her where my sore spots were. I went in the warm, heated room and lay on the table. She got to work and did a 90 minute deep tissue accupressure massage with some Thai elements. It was amazing! And I am telling you this from a massage practitioner perspective as I have owned 3 massage studios in my past. She really got in there and even used her arms and legs for extra leverage. All the time checking to make sure it was not too deep. It was actually super deep but that is what I needed! I can tell you that Luna was much better than most of the massage therapists I have had. At the end of the massage, she smoothed everything out with oil, rubbed the oil off with hot, moist towels, and massaged my scalp, pulled all my joints and really beat me up in a therapeutic way hahaha. I will be going here again and I recommend this place. You can park for free for 2 hrs in Sunday’s right around the corner. Possibly also Saturday, not sure. The place is clean, the rooms are spacious and pretty, and they are professional. The prices are very reasonable. If you are like me and you work from home and all your muscles and hurting- Just go, you won’t regret it.

Her technique was indicative of a clearly experienced professional, she simultaneously dummied me (deep, deep massage) while making me feel cared for, safe and totally relaxed. Tense spots normally overlooked by other practitioners, such as my hips & glutes, were treated as equally as the rest of my body, and the importance of those spots being worked was noticed immediately in my range of motion (walking, and at yoga later on)! I think the value for both reflexology & deep massage given the quality of the service is a steal of a deal. I'll be going back for sure!
