β β β β β Super cool spot that makes ice cream out of liquid nitrogen. The regular ice cream is sooo creamy. I would definitely recommend getting a pop-ice which is a crazy ice cream dessert. I got oreo but I would recommend sticking to fruit! It was big enough for two people to split. We also got the frozen cheetos which make you breathe smoke like a dragon. Cool novelty for kids.

β β β β β I would have given Magic Molecule 5 stars, if I wasn't scared off by the sudden huge crowd that came into the store as we were waiting for our desserts.
Everyone wore masks, but there was little attempt to maintain a respectable distance.
We ordered the mango pop ice and bubble egg waffle with a single scoop of ice cream. We took them to go, as I was too nervous to stay in the store.
Our desserts were DELICIOUS! I would totally go back again, and take my own precautions.
It was cool to see the liquid nitrogen being poured into my mango pop ice.

β β β β β I was pretty disappointed with our experience, we walked in and waited 10 minutes before we saw someone come to the front. We were the only customers and after we ordered, about 2 minutes before the person making our order went in the back for another ten minutes. During this time, a delivery driver came in to pick up an order that the business had pressed the "order ready" button. The delivery driver had to yell at the person in the back before they came out again, and told the driver the order would be "another five minutes". After 10 more minutes, the delivery driver left frustrated and yelled at the worker. We waited a total of 35 minutes before receiving our order of two items.
Long wait times are expected at specialty food places, but this experience was subpar. Food was neat won't be returning any time soon unfortunately.

I got a bubble waffle with matcha ice cream (L) - $12.53.
Iβm not sure if this is βlargeβ because I only got one ice cream scoop.
The ice cream was a disappointing quality, with the faint taste of ice.
I did like the bubble waffle, however, it was crunchy and tasty.
Overall it was not worth paying the amount I paid.

Everything was very tasty and fresh, the service was excellent and I love how every single one of our orders was personalized⦠this is a little must-go on Ottawa! Absolutely delicious and unique.
