★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just picked up our newly framed artwork and were amazed at how good it looks. The quality of the workmanship is first rate and the help that we received in choosing the framing materials was excellent. Now if we ever need something framed this will be our first choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a University diploma there for framing. Lots of choice and good advice from staff. Quick examination at the store during the pick-up f teh piece showed no major issue. Once home and having more time to look at the framed diploma, it became obvious that the width of the matting is clearly not equal all around the diploma with variation of 1cm. The end result is that the framed diploma looks asymmetric. In addition, a couple of corners of the actual frame were poorly cut and show signs of damage.
For close to $425, I would expect near perfection. I contacted Framed! twice about this, with no follow-ups on their part. Disappointing job especially considering the price, and no after sale service.
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had more than half a dozen framing jobs done at this store and they have surpassed my expectations every time. Several of the artworks were very tricky, because of the material used and their large size. The results are stunning. At times, the frame appears to be an integral part of the artwork. Framed! can also be trusted to safely install hanging wires on valuable objects (marquetterie plateau, mask). I highly recommend this store for the staff's and owner's expertise and good taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely shop! I had a great experience when I went in seeking help to add hardware to hang a heavy frame. The friendly staff did what I needed at no charge, to my surprise! While I waited briefly, I had a chance to browse the shopfront and found lots of unique, beautiful handcrafted items. I walked out with lots of stuff. Top notch service, and I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your art installed perfectly for a reasonable cost, look no further. Paz was able to make what seemed to be a daunting art wall installation look easy. I've not used their other services yet, but judging by the attention to detail / perfectionism I've seen, I plan to go to Framed! for all my framing needs. Thanks again Paz!
