I initially met a mortgage specialist from my bank, received a pre-approval and provided the floor rates, which are lower than the advertised rates on their website. I wanted a second opinion from another lender to compare rates and see if I could get a lower rate than what my bank offered. I worked with Patrice from Dominion Lending Centres and wanted to say how grateful I was to work with such a knowledgeable, patient and helpful broker! I did end up borrowing with a lender that Patrice found me at a mortgage rate well below what my bank offered me. He worked very hard to find the best possible rates and provided practical advice for my situation and homeowner goals. He was always available with timely responses and answered every single one of my many questions. His customer service is above and beyond what you would expect, and he ensured that the mortgage process was smooth and that all relevant information was provided and or explained. It's been 2 months since I took possession and everything has been smooth sailing and Patrice kindly followed up with my to see how things were and if I had any questions.
