I came in here the other week looking to get a new phone and a family plan. Honestly so impressed by the customer service! I originally visited some other phone providers whose representatives noticed my indecisiveness and did not bother to assist me properly. Here I was helped by Mehdi and he really took his time to help find me a phone and family plan that was right for me and I haven’t looked back since!! Cannot recommend enough!

I was there at 3 pm today. I had to leave a review, spectacular service thank you!! I hope this finds the correct person as I did not get the employees name. I walked in with a terrible Virus on my phone and it had been spamming my phone for over 2 days. A very knowledgeable, personable, employee who could have chosen to brush me off as I was convinced I'd have to factory reset and he was as well, offered to try a few things first. This saved my files, pictures, phone. The biggest thank you, for taking that 5 minutes to try something first. Fantastic customer service A++?

This was a great experience for me. I went in for a phone and left saving a lot of money. Mehdi went out of his way to accommodate what I was looking for and was an absolute pleasure to work with. For business or personal wireless needs - this is your one stop shop.

Tried to return a modem to the office on St Laurent slipped on the ice in disabled parking spot...was told to go across the street to this location....was then told to go to a 3rd location...left the modem on the counter and left....not about to go inside St Laurent Shopping centre...was a long time rogers customer but their infrastructure serving my home is intermittent so had to go to the dingdong company but because the guy was not helpful Rogers has lost me as a future customer and will probably cancel my cell...if you have a big Rogers sign you should be able to serve a Rogers customer. now they have sent my account to collections,,they never bothered to ask a pay on time customer of 30 years what the problem of not paying my final bill which was either 160 or 360 could not decide which amount and instead of discussion just politely demanded payment

Best experience and the absolute best customer service. Mehdi helped my mom and I out with new iPhones and made sure we got the best deal possible. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Mehdi is simple the best Mobile Rep that I ever worked with. I had stayed with Fido for 22 years and only a person like Mehdi managed to convince me to switch to Rogers and I am doing it happily. Mehdi is patient, explains everything in a clear and transparent matter, without overselling or pushing. He ensured that I have understood all the intricacies of the new plans and offered me the best deals that he could offer. I recommend him without hesitation. And no he has not asked me to post this ?. I just appreciate outstanding customer service! ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Although I was happy with my Rogers plan, a coworker convinced me to upgrade to a cheaper plan and newer phone. I was hesitant but stopped by the store for more information. Mehdi was very patient and professional, staying past closing time to finish the transaction despite my insistence to return the next day. He took his time explaining my new bill and guided me through the process of upgrading my phone. He was funny, honest and really tried to do his best for the customer. I will definitely return if I have any questions, issues or need more information. I highly recommend him, thank you!
