Can't even begin to say anything without getting upset. I don't mean to bash anyone , " business " it is what it is, but when your own business is on the line , these actions are outrageous ! They have disconnected my service and now I can't work. They don't even have phone # . Very disappointed and I wish I knew of other service providers so I don't have to go through this over and over . Too sad and unfortunate

Dont go here if you actually want the services you pay for. Oh also if some o e steals your identity and sets up a telus account and leaves a 3200 dollar bill they wont contact you even though i had an account for myself through them aswell and they had all my info they would rathwr lose my business than admit fault on theor own part and told me to pursue the identity thief by my own means and im liable for then signing uo an account over the phone

Telus left my business without internet for weeks not once but twice!!! My daughter paid "Telus mobility" on line instead of "Telus communications" (an honest mistake); they refused to transfer the funds, shut down her business phone line, demanded double payment, blocked her from porting the number, and said they would "investigate". Its been 6 months and she is still without the $1700 refund she is due! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ETHICS! and always looking for new ways to screw over their customers.

Don't expect any form of valid customer service after your contract expires. As stated multiple times throughout these reviews. If you call expect to wait a very long time....and once you get through expect smashing your head against a brick wall to be more enjoyable. Ask a basic question on loyalty programs...get a generic answer. Ask why people I know get different programs...get the SAME generic answer....ask why the programs change from time I call to the next time....SAME #$%# answer word for word. Then they probably wonder why people start getting rude on the phone. But maybe I'm out of line having any form of expectations for my $150 a month for 15 years. I doubt any other company is any better but I can state without hesitation that I hate Telus and what they bring to the table with their customer service.

USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT TELUS. They are horrible to deal with, I am very unsatisfied with my service. Paid my bills or so I thought, only to find out about overage charges from months prior, BILLS THAT I PAID. They looked back on my records and recalculated my usage, even though the bill they gave me was a different number, I still owed more. Now it's July 31 and somehow I owe for May and June, months that I paid in full, and called to make sure nothing else was owing on my account, as this has happened to me before. The bill they send at the end of each month means nothing, they find ways to make you pay extra. They have terrible plans that are overpriced for the service recieved.

Took my wife 5 hours, no joke, FIVE HOURS of being put on on hold and having the line drop multiple times. They promised to rectify an issue twice on previous calls, and give her a follow-up call. Nothing! A business operating like this will not be viable in the market for much longer. This happening after we upgraded our services with them. Will be promptly terminating our services with them. We have also got in touch with individuals who are supposedly set to release a report on customer service at companies like Telus, among others.

Been a customer for too long , there are no incentives to being a Telus customer. If you cancel a service even after the contract has expired be prepared to be billed for years to come . I cancelled my tablet for the 5th time today . I get two bars reception at best with a iPhone 6 and I live in a city of 100,000 people with multiple cell towers in the middle of Alberta. After 8 years of patronage they have yet to offer me any deals as a kind gesture in return for repeated over billing besides a one time $5 rebate because they didn't do their job cancelling my tablet the first 4 times . I pay $95 a month plus tax , so a $5 rebate doesn't mean a thing to me . It's not even the tax on a single months bill . I'm not only insulted but also infuriated by the lack of appreciation for customer loyalty and the lack of actual service . And that's just the mobility side ... home service is no better so far, I've only had that for a few months but already have problems with lack of working internet service . Thanks for reading and shop around .

Once the repair service finally happened they did a good job but first attempt they sent the service call to Stettler instead of my Red Deer address. Then they proceeded to rebook my appointment without checking to see if it worked with my schedule. Then they left me on hold for over 20 minutes when I asked to speak to someone who could sort out the issues. I finally had to call again at which point I was assigned someone to follow through with the whole process. It took a few tries but they finally got the computer issues with the address sorted and rebooked an appointment when both I and the downstairs tenants (needed for line access) were available. They promised us compensation for all the wasted time. Now the assigned agent is ignoring my calls in regards to the promised compensation. So I'm not impressed.
