Alberta New Home Warranty Program
The Program offers deposit protection, builder performance protection, structural integrity and first year warranty protection to home buyers as well as mediation, conciliation and arbitration procedures. In addition to providing warranty services, The Alberta New Home Warranty Program also initiates programs to enhance performance and build technical expertise amongst builders. It also acts as a resource to home buyers, providing relevant information relating to the purchase and maintenance of a new home or condominium.

The Professional Home Builders Institute of Alberta (PHBIA) has always been committed to conducting its activities according to high standards of honesty, integrity and the law. This Code has been adopted by the Board of Directors to ensure there is a clear understanding of the standards to be followed by directors, officers and employees. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were subcontractors for this company and could not be more displeased with their customer service towards us and lack of payment on bills that are over due.
We own West Deck LTD, Tandem Inc, and Ozone Fx Ltd and other companies.
As of today they still owe us for work completed by Ozone FX furnace and duct cleaning , as well as Tandem Inc (for finishing of the homes) these bills are all over 90 days past due and the company has now ghosted us.
If you are a Subcontractor that works for Mason or is thinking of working for them DO NOT waste your time . They will burn you like so many others.
Currently we are owed 22k through both companies.
If this message is on there Google account they have not cleared up there bill.
Once they pay the bill we will remove this review.

They genuinely care about all their customers, and that has paid off with winning the Insight 2020 Customer Service award! The team at Mason Martin is extremely experienced. Their Construction Manager has been with them since day 1, 30 years ago, and is a Master Builder. Sales Director, Tanyalie Charles, has been in new homes sales in Red Deer for 23 years. From the ground up, Mason Martin build fantastic homes, and have the most functional floorplans in the industry (thanks to an amazing designer). It doesn't matter if it's a Townhouse, or a custom dreamhome, every detail is covered. Anyone looking for a new home will be making a great choice by choosing this Local company!
