About Lutz Building Enterprises
Thomas Lutz, Owner and Operator of Lutz Building Enterprises, opened up shop in 2018. Raised on a farm and taught carpentry from a young age, Tommy continued to improve his craft over the past 19 years in construction and home renovations. Tommy started as an apprentice carpenter and moved on to framing. He worked as a general manager for five years while also gaining experience in plumbing, heating and electrical. Tommy then worked as a renovations expert with Do It All Renovations. He spent a two years with Boardwalk Apartment Rentals leading a team that carried out suite renovations and repairs. Since starting Lutz Building Enterprises, Tommy has found a passion for the creative side of carpretry and woodworking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas is my go-to contractor for everything. It's obvious he knows his stuff, he's up front, and always reliable. We had him remove a wall between our kitchen and living room to open things up and I was amazed by the quality of his work. You can't tell the wall or ceiling had been patched at all and even friends who work in construction have commented on it. We have Lutz Building set to build a deck on the front of our house to replace our crumbling front step. I plan to use him for all our construction projects for as long as I live in the Red Deer area.
