★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were away on vacation, upon returning we found out our heat was not working.I called the next day and Express P&H sent out Amanda who discovered that we had a large crack in our heat exchanger. We made an appointment to install a new furnace and Martin and James were fantastic .They were personable, knowledgable and efficient on doing the work needed. I have used Express previously with 2 new hot water tanks installed(5 months ago)and would recommend this co. without any doubt.
Thank-you Amanda, Martin and James for the work you do.Also a big shout out to Jason(service mgr) who made all of this work for us with his recommendations and kindness.

He returned our call quickly and kept us informed through the repair.
We were not home and James took the time to not only email us a report but to call us to explain it in person.

I asked Express Plumbing for a quote to replace all the pipe work in the house plus add a back flow preventer and a new water heater. Very prompt reply and great quote followed. We booked them in. They arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. We were very impressed with their service. If ever I need a plumber again I will call them for sure. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

James was the technician sent to do the replacement of my hot water tank. He was prompt, professional and had the install completed within a couple of hours. All in all, my experience with Express Plumbing and Heating was great and I will definitely use their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Express Plumbing and Heating many times over the years for all sorts of work from replacing furnaces and hot water heater. They have always been good to me and I will keep giving them work. Every time call them after hours always have someone there right away to get thing fixed and working weather it is heating problem or burst pipe.
If anyone asks I always recommend Express to anyone that needs a plumber to do work.
Look forward to doing more work with the company and all the awesome employees that work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are top notch! Always helpful with sound advice. I was initially referred to Express through a building contractor for minor valve repair. A small job most contractors would consider a waste of time, but they fixed it with the same professionalism you'd expect from a multi-thousand dollar job. Since then, they have installed an in-floor heating system in my last house, and a high efficiency propane furnace in my current house in the country. Easy to talk to and trustworthy. I'll continue to use them because of their exceptional service, even though I live a hour away from red deer. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Martin called me back within minutes to give me a quote and time to come fix our issue. He showed up before the quoted time got us all fixed and set to go. He was very nice and professional.
We will absolutely use their services again in the future.
