★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called and was initially greeted by a very friendly man, he transferred me to someone to search for a part, all was well until the lady i got transferred to told me to hang on a second and hung up after about a minute. i called back, got transferred, and was immediately hung up on this time. i believe her name was pat or something similar. will make sure to tell anyone i know looking for parts to not bother calling or going here.
