She is knowledgeable and very willing & eager to go the extra mile, and I would not choose another Bell rep to help me, as a result. She's the best!

Was treated with respect and she was able to match her personality to mine. This is a very important skill in the customer service industry. Leaving the Parkland mall location completely satisfied . I wish Ashley the best and hope you treat her as she treats your customers .

Without going in to too much details, Sam is incredible. All expectations were met and exceeded.
I am writing this review on behalf of a senior who is incredibly grateful for the time and patience Sam took with him, to address all of his needs and concerns. Sam was able to get all of his needs met in a timely fashion and provide him with all of the services he required.
