★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The screen protector was not placed properly on my phone. It has since fallen off after only a week. When I asked at the Telus store what they could do to fix it they stated nothing as it was cracked. So. In short he did not properly apply the screen protector on my phone. I paid 45$ for something that I've since replaced with a two pack for 14.99 on Amazon. As well, the OtterBox I bought at the same time is 30$ cheaper at Amazon.ca. I will never buy accessories from Telus again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store last week. There were five people in staff, including the manager. I was the only customer in the entire store. The extremely apathetic staff told me I would need to call in to have my problem resolved. Not one person was willing to lift a finger to assist me in adding two lines to my account. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to trade our phones in for something different as I’d heard a certain other brand had a better camera, but Chris was very happy to explain the pros and cons of both and help us to decide we were better off just upgrading to a newer version of the phones we already had. He put cartoons on for my son, made sure the process was quick and efficient. 10/10 recommend this store, and dealing with Chris if possible
