E	Evan G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever experienced. don't waste your time or money on this place they do not care about customer service whatsoever. I ordered clubs and was told 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks called for an update left a message, no reply. Sent an e-mail no reply. Called at 5 weeks guy said he would contact the Srixon rep and get back to me. Didn't get back to me. Called again at 6 weeks was told te same thing, never got back to me. Called AGAIN at week 7 no one called me back after a message. Its now been 9 week. I repeat 9. Called again, was told oh I will have to contact the Srixon rep and get back to you. What happened to the other 5 times I called? Told them to keep the clubs as you do not deserve my money. I hope the owner realizes that his employees do not care one bit about customer service. Pathetic.
D	Doug Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 9 iron recently broke at the hosel, and I brought it to Ted and Dave’s to have it reshafted. They did manage to replace the shaft but with what shaft I don’t know as I had asked for true temper or equivalent stiff shaft, but there was no indication on the club or invoice of what shaft they used. After about 12 shots the shaft broke again on the driving range. On a grass driving range. Puzzled, I returned the club and shaft to Ted and Dave’s but after questioning the technician about what could have happened it was apparent it wasn’t the techs fault or the shaft manufacturer so I walked out not wanting to spend another 60 or so dollars on a 40 dollar club that would just as likely break again. There aren’t many reasons a shaft will break. Poor installation. Poor shaft quality. Angry golfer. Wearing out over time. I hit 12 golf shots with the club and never mistreated it in any way. I’ve golfed for 50 years and have now had 4 clubs break all at the hosel and all in fairway bunkers and now 1 on a grass driving range. And only 1 club break twice, the one I had repaired at Ted and Dave’s.
M	Mac McNicol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I dropped off my clubs to be serviced, the guy working the desk was very welcoming and seemed very enthusiastic to extend and re-grip my clubs. The service was done quickly and I was ready to pick them up the following day. When I received my invoice it was double what they had initially told me. The individual working the desk this time was cold and in no way made any effort to help to discuss the matter. I was absolutely appalled at the level of customer service and the inconsistencies between the staff's knowledge. I will not be returning to get any future clubs done as they could have been done at the initial cost I was told at any other location.

They re-shafted the 9 iron, re-gripped it, and it was good to go in 3 days during a busy busy season. Would have appreciated a call when it was done but I happened to stop in to check and was lucky enough to grab it before the weekend. Otherwise great service and will come back when I need any club modification.

It's also great to hit into an actual range. Seeing your true ball flight with ball spin and additional analysis alongside it is far superior to hitting into a net or screen. I would absolutely recommend their custom fitting session to any golfer at any level.

The golf industry can have some issues with being pretentious, especially when it comes to custom products, but that was not the case with these guys. Laid back, approachable and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a custom fit I would highly recommend checking them out. Can't wait to get my new flatstick!

I got new irons and a putter, all perfectly fitted to my size and swing. The staff member Mark was great. 10/10 would recommend him.
