★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the best. Tough as nails paddle boards that holds up in all water. I use mine weekly in the summer on all waters (even with my 5 and 7 yearold on board with me (5'11, 215 lbs). I even strap it down in the bed of my truck and drive it fully inflated up mining roads at highway speeds with no problem. Recently on one such trip I had to deflate the board, to travel home with the trailer attached to the truck. In the process of packing up I left my pump hose behind. On a saturday I call these guys (over a year from my purchase) and ask them if they sell a spare hose. They don't, but they dig one up for me and give it to me free of charge. Amazing customer service and product. You can't go wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uninterested in selling product - not knowledgeable on the Onewheels they sell. Couldn’t tell me size of the batteries WHICH IS ON THE PRODUCTS IN FRONT OF THEM!!! I had to google it while in store and look for myself.
Apparently after a FedEx run, checking his phone is more important than a customer standing in the store waiting to spend $2800.
Avoid - they sell these at the same price everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We Bought 2 E scooters from Kyle at North49, 1 800w scooter, and another Dual motor 800w scooter. we tried out a wide variety of sizes and settled on these 2 for my wife and I. both are excellent products that are easy to use and have more than adequate power to handle just about any hill. I totally reccommend this business for all your e scooter needs! thanks for all your help, guidance and patience while we pick out our new toys Kyle!

I was in communication with Cory because of questions that I had and he has been really great with helping out with everything. The board was delivered quick and the first test run was yesterday here on Vancouver Island. I'm super pleased with it and look forward to taking it down to Costa Rica next week! Thanks Cory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an e-scooter from these guys, best purchase I’ve ever made!!! I use it to commute back and forth to work. Plug it under my desk and best of all parking is free. I blew the front tire on it a couple of weeks ago, it took about a day and a half to return my call but when they did, they repaired my ride same day…In that day and a half, I looked long and hard to find someone to repair it… FYI to find an inner tube on Amazon and repair myself would have been a three week wait. These guys are great and I recommend them every chance I get, although the scooter speaks for itself. ? Go get one, you won’t regret it.

Kyle was incredible at making sure I am getting exactly what I wanted! He's been so awesome to work with in the process!! His communication with me while we waited for the shipment to come was also above & beyond! So very pleased 7 would HIGHLY recommend this company & Kyle to EVERYONE!
