They got me setup with my Solo Stove on the same day I bought it which was the Friday of a long weekend. I wasn't expecting this to come until monday. I called Craze Outdoors and talked to Conrad to see if they had the Ponchos in the colours I was looking for, which they didn't at the time. The next day Conrad called me back saying that they had confirmation from their supplier that a shipment they were expecting would arrive in the next week and was I still interested in the Ponchos. I hadn't left my name or number, but obviously they have call display so it was easy for Conrad to follow up. Within a few days the Ponchos arrived, and Craze delivered the ones I wanted to me the same day that they arrived in their warehouse. Exceptional customer service seems to be the basis of their business model.... definitely a very positive experience. If Craze Outdoors has what you are looking for, you don't need to look anywhere else!

They have since then checked on me to see how it was working for me...I would highly recommend this company for all your outdoor needs. Customer service is above and beyond As is the product.
E	E D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a lot of the Happy Yak eggs for recipes and was very happy with the quality and taste and they are excellent to add to a variety of dishes or cook on their own( they have the exact consistency of scrambled eggs, the taste is on the yolkier side but still very good). When I had a query about one of the other meals I had ordered the customer service was prompt (literally less than 30 min after I emailed) and answered solved my question with no issues. The delivery to Ontario was prompt I got my order in a couple days and in good condition would definitely recommend and I look forward to trying different items in the future (also going to be checking them out when looking to upgrade some gear too).

I ordered the stove through Craze (an authorized solo stove distributor in Canada ??) They were AMAZING! The stove was shipped quickly (they had it within a couple of days) and they even went out and bought a birthday card to send with the stove with my birthday message written in it. There are not many places that will go above and beyond like that to offer exceptional customer service! They were also super friendly & helpful when I called. I have recommended Craze to all my Canadian friends - they are fantastic!
