★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since turning over to SiteOne they have truly awful customer service. They have tried to grossly overcharge us twice for firewood. I am not talking $20.00 or $40.00 dollars, I am talking hundreds each time. The first time they lied and told the young lady at the scale they gave it to us for free, which was completely untrue. The second time no one inside wanted to help and as we tried to drive back around to the scale to get re weighed they sent a fork lift to block off the exit which was absolutely insulting. The only person both times that tried to help us was the young lady at the scale. Would never again recommend this business to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to buy bulk landscaping supplies but the customer service is so poor. You wait in line for an hour to pay whether it's in the bulk yard or inside. Prices aren't posted anywhere, not even online, so once again you need to wait in line just to find out pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love shopping for landscaping materials here. We bought the sod for our lawn here. Amazing prices compared to home depot or any other hardware store. Prices for sod was 4.20 per roll which is a great deal. Check out this place if you're looking for landscaping stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has changed from Burnco, they have made some stuff easier, but for everyday people going there for dirt, rocks, landscape items from what the wonderful lady at the scale said it has become a huge task of waiting in multiple lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website is well setup so you can see all the products you can buy. I arrived at the store at 10 am this morning and there was a huge lineup in the store. Only one cashier was working even though there are at least 6 checkouts. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, two more cashiers finally arrived to help out. The loaders were busy in the yard but the wait time was reasonable and they were friendly and efficient.
