He is an honest gentlemen who took the time to thoroughly explain the reasons behind my laptop's issues so that I could understood what it needed. I went in for a new battery for my laptop and I also got his Clean Up Special to get rid of my viruses, and that resulted my laptop being much faster. I will definitely be going back for any repairs needed or recommendation in te future!!!
