β β β β β Deposited a relatively small bank draft, which was put on hold 10 calendar days . Why put a hold on a bank draft, and use a 25+ year old clearance process. Get with the 21st century TD!
Rules, $100 accessible immediately (fail), hold if account younger than 90 days (fail). Read the govt guidelines and train your employees.

β β β β β Kind service from the new male worker. Bravo. However, lady manager in the back is extremely abusive towards her workers, I feel sorry for them. Imagine what she's like when there's no customers!

β β β β β It was a horrible experience with td. They misled us and did not state important facts. The guy Justin was the one for all this miscommunication. Horrible staff, honestly they are not even interested to resolve your issues. I have started my business, i was intending to open a business account but after all of this, its not happening here. They donβt even know what the bank policies are. One guy the reception says something entirely different from Justin, the girls at the other branch have something else to say. I donβt even know how they get away with making a fool out of people

β β β β β Paid property tax for client at TD Richmond No 2 road branch. The so-called front manager misread my writing and paid to the wrong account. I had to check with the city where did the funds go and went through all that trouble. When I went back TD to check with her, she blamed it on me and said my writing was not clear. And said the 1 on my writing was 2 in her sight. If I deposit 1 dollar will you make it 2? Well, at least check with me before the payment if you were not sure, right? She needs to learn this from assistant manager. I am starting to worry about dealing with TD to be honest. Would give 0 star if itβs enabled.

β β β β β Our mortgage application was passed on to their mortgage advisor, Kim Fox, as our original advisor got promoted. At first, Kim was friendly, but once our application got a bit complicated, she stopped answering my phone calls, emails, inquiries, etc. regarding the status of our application. She was not honest and upfront about what was happening to our mortgage application. I had to talk to the independent mortgage broker she recommended us to for updates! So, in the end, we switched to another TD branch, whose staff were all great, and got approved through them.

β β β β β In a 6 week period I had two unauthorized withdrawals from my account. Combined it was well over $200 in charges. The teller that assisted me went through their fraud department and the funds for both charges were back in my account within the week. This made my month and I was able to pay some bills I otherwise wouldn't have been able to. Thank you all so much for your friendly, courteous, and professional service. I'll never bank anywhere else.

β β β β β In my opinion, what makes a bank stand out is its customer service. While there are great people at this branch, there seems to be some misinformation. All I wanted was an answer to clarify the details of my account, but all the answers went back to two sources: either refer to my financial advisor, or contact the TD phone line.
Both the teller and the manager just seemed to brush off the situation, acting as though they have worked all day to help me... I went to the bank at 2:30 PM, and received a response around 4:00 PM. I think the situation would have been fine if they just told me they did not know what's happening, but it ends up being a big inconvenience.
