Very bad experience of the eye examination. The "hand sanitizer" at the door looks dirty. It is a spray that may be used for ground but not for your hands. I saw the doctor 20 minutes later than my appointment time. After seeing the doctor, the doctor kept telling me that there will be people waiting and let me hurry up. This is a problem with their schedule. Why should they rush customers?

Great customer service. Emilie Lam was able to help me with my broken glasses and find new frames for my existing lenses. Was done within a day, very pleased with the service here!

Amazing Service and extremely professional staff. Most of all No-Pressure sales tactics compared to other optometrists that we have visited in the past. My wife & I have been to other Optometry clinic’s in Richmond last 10 years. Kudos to Blundell Centre Optometry not overselling anything that you don’t require which is very rare these days. We saw Dr. Kemp and he is very kind and caring. He took the time to do the eye exams and a very experienced Optometrist. All the staff at the Eye Station are extremely friendly and professional. Especially Emilie was very helpful to us and super patient going through our two different Insurance coverage's to make sure that we get the best deal. Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work.

Eddie and everyone at Eye Station is very helpful and professional. I have been buying my glasses here for years. He does not rest until I am seeing clearly and perfectly, even bringing in different lenses to compare. I just tell him my budget and he shows me a variety of frames that he thinks will suit me. No aimless roaming around the store trying on 100's of different pairs! I would highly recommend Eye Station and Eddie for their high quality service and products.

Eddy and staff are even efficient. Had my glasses in 24 hours!! Excellent service! He got me EXACTLY what I needed, the price is totally reasonable and within my budget. Thank you for taking care of this customer! Happy to do business with them in the future :)

I recently had a fantastic experience here at the Eye Station. I have very poor 20/60 eyesight in my right eye due to glaucoma but excellent vision in my left. I have used readers for years but with urging from my optometrist I gave progressive lenses a try using the entry level Essilor lenses. I had a great deal of difficulty adjusting to progressive lenses feeling a bit unstable walking and not so confident when driving particularly when shoulder checking and making tight turns. I could read satisfactorily but only after adjusting my head to find the sweet spot where the text finally came into focus. I had a lot of eye fatigue as the day wore on. Eventually I went back to just using my old readers. Then I learned about Essilor Varilux X lenses when Eddie sold a pair to my wife. Essilor agreed to give me a credit for my initial lenses if I decided to upgrade. Later that week I met with Emma who explained how superior the lenses were, particularly in their ability to maintain focus when transitioning from near to far vision. She also recommended I try a brand new technology called β€œVisioffice” which involves a computerized analysis of how an individual’s two eyes work together to produce the images we see. Please understand that my case was exaggerated due to the huge difference in performance between my two eyes. Seemed like a small incremental cost so I went for the full meal deal. When the new lenses arrived I asked Emma to let me test them against my old progressives by reading the β€œreading card” at about the distance of my computer screen. We found that I could just barely read the bottom line but it was certainly not clear and of course it took lots of hunting to find the focus spot. Two hours later I sat at the same desk with the reading card positioned as Emma slipped my new Varilux X glasses on me. WOW, what a difference, the text was much clearer and I could go from reading to looking across the room and back effortlessly. I was excited and it showed. Eddie then came over and explained how much adjustment had been made in the manufacture of my two unique lenses. It turns out that I was the first customer to have picked up a set of lenses made with the Visioffice system. They were as happy with the result as I was. The new glasses are vastly superior in everyday use, particularly when driving and walking on uneven terrain. Thank you Essilor and thank you Eye Station. What a team!

This is the every day story of one person who just by"doing her job" can make your entire day, week or month! I am so grateful for meeting Emma in this store and saved me hundreds of dollars just by checking that my damaged lenses were under warranty. I can't thank you enough Emma.
