My experience here in absolutely wonderful, top notch customer service level by Paul and Sam. Would highly recommend you to look for them when you need any eyewear!

The service here was terrible. They did not inform me about what the return policy is and were very pushy about the sale. Would not recommend people come here!! I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be brought to attention.

I'll start with the moment I inquire, the receptionist,Carol is very approachable. The Optometrist, Dr. Lau is also very friendly. Paul and Stephanie are amazing! Made my very first Optical visit a memorable one.

This was the most complicated/stressful situation that I have ever been involved with by an optometrist. I am so surprised by the positive reviews. My friend inquired about these glasses and told the sales associate that he did not want a prescription for them. Yet, when he arrived to pick it up, they had a prescription. The associate "assumed" that because he did a free eye exam, he would want prescribed lenses, when he initially said no. I came with my friend to see what we could do, and the associate said no exchanges or refunds on prescribed lenses. Mind you, these glasses were upwards of $650+. The associate then said, "If we did do that, then I do apologize for that". This is absolutely appalling. This store needs to be investigated.

Highly Recommend, just got a pair of glasses there, and I got one glass exchanged one time for a different prescription. Carol and Paul are very helpful and patient.

Highly recommended! The team at Zeiss is very professional and knowledgeable. The Zeiss Smartlife Individual lenses did make a lot of difference in clarity! very impressed. Felt very comfortable shopping in there , store renovation is best in Richmond I would say.

I would love to give 0. However, considering Sam and Carol were extremely helpful, I decide to give a three. On March 14, I went to store to adjust my $1000 MSRP glasses frame. One of the employees damaged my frame and accused me of doing it. He still refused to admit his mistakes. He inspected my glasses before he took it from me. Meanwhile my wife was choosing a pair of new glasses for herself. After working on my glasses for 15 minutes (he was tightening the screws on the cashier’s counter initially and then he moved to the front counter close to the main entrance), he went to me and asked me if I β€œdamaged” the frame while doing the sports. Fortunately, I did a selfie before I leave home in the morning. The picture clearly shows there is no damages and scratches. When he handed the glasses back to me, there is a significant scratch on the frame. It was pretty obvious that he scratched the frame with his screw driver. I demanded to pull out the security camera to find out what happened, but the store manager was not working on that day. Outcome: I returned the whole pair of glasses and got two brand new pairs of glasses somewhere else. Message to owner: I would highly recommend you to check the camera on March 14th from 11:15 to 12:30 pm. We are spending $1000+ on a pair of glasses. The professionalism and honesty of your employees really matter to your clients. Also, I would express my appreciation to Carol and Sam. They were patient and professional while resolving my concerns. Message to customers: this store does offer good selections and most of its employees provide extreme good services. However, you might want to keep an eye on one of its employees if he is working on your glasses (Maybe ask him to inspect the glasses and point out the existing damages before handing the glasses over to him).
