β β β β β Could not have asked for a better hair stylist! Jellen Mak not only achieve the colour I was looking for but also recommended treatments to help my hair growth given my hair is really fine and thin. My hair never felt better! Especially the scalp and steaming treatment!
Overall environment and experience was very relaxing and welcoming! When my hair stylist went to attend to another client, the other hair stylist came over to make sure I was comfortable as I was steaming. Another stylist helped wash my hair when I was done so I wasn't sitting too long waiting. I wish I got their names but thank you for making my experience at Air Plus amazing!

β β β β β Saw Vanessa for bleach and tone, the experience and her attitude was horrible. She didnβt explain the process clearly and told me it was going to be 4 hours..then it took 7 hours. Not to mention the whole time i only got one cup of water and felt like she was just winging it and not professional. She was totally inefficient.
I paid for $400+ , I donβt think its worth it!

β β β β β I had my hair done here a couple of times now, but the last time I did they ruined my hair. She knows that I had my hair permed before and still used a strong bleach that made my hair melt down. I had to chopped my hair and still paid $200.

β β β β β Horrible! Sat for 3 hours getting a cut and perm. My hair is now dry and damaged and NOT curly at all. It wasnβt working while I was there, and I still had to pay almost $400 for a disappointment. I could see my stylist whispering to her co-worker looking at my hair. They had to have known it wasnβt going to turn out. She tried to curl it herself before I left to try to make it better.

β β β β β I booked an appointment for hair+dye with Barney three days ago and I had called the Salon prior to my booking today that I would be 10 minutes late. After I had arrived, I was seated and waited for sometime before the receptionist came over to tell me that Barney still needs another 15-20 minute with his current appointment and had asked if I wanted another stylist. That would have been 45 minutes after my original time of booking and it was hard for me to believe they did not have a chance to inform me this prior to my arrival. During this whole time, Barney was actually working at a seat not to far away from mine but did not make any eye contact nor took effort in coming over to explain his situation. I decided to cancel my appointment and as I was leaving the receptionist politely apologised but also said I could "call back to book another appointment". This is very unfortunate, because I really enjoyed my previous experience with Barney and was hoping to be long term but sadly to say this experience did not make me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer and will not be returning.
