I had complete confidence in their skill level to fit me well with progressives, which can be very finicky to get used to and take one to two weeks to adjust. Within a day my eyes were happy. I have ordered glasses from many places over 40 years and can say Bailey Nelson was a great experience.

I always ended up going to those that have been in the business for quite some time and frame/lenses cost an arm and a leg until I went into a Bailey Nelson store. The service (on two occasions now) is by far the best I received in any eye doctor/prescription glasses clinic-store hybrid. They are welcoming, takes time to know your needs, and does not upsell. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

They did what seems to be impossible for my prescription glasses. They are far more professional than the other optical stores in Richmond Centre. They even mailed my beautiful glasses. So thankful.

They have a great range at reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to charge my EH directly and when my glasses arrived, they adjusted it to sit better and more comfortable on my face. I am very happy with my purchase.

Yvette helped me after my eye exam but I was in a bit of a hurry and couldn't make a decision. I came back 2 weeks later and she recognized me and even remembered some of the glasses I'd tried on. She was so nice and very patient (as I tried on almost every pair of glasses in the store) and made some suggestions that really helped. The gentleman that helped me when I picked up was also very kind and could tell what minor adjustments needed to be made as soon as I tried them on. Such a pleasant experience, I will absolutely be back :)

I paid $250 for two pairs (regular glasses and sunglasses) and I couldn't be happier. Customer service was great and they have a private room where you can try on frames without a mask on. Highly recommend this place if you need some new spectacles. Took 10 business days before glasses were ready but I'm very pleased with them.
