Service rep was very non-personable; didn't seem overly thrilled to be there or be with people. No small-talk, awkward silence, not even a customer-service smile, fake or not. They never asked what type of lenses I wanted in my frame, just picked one of the more expensive ones and tried scrolling over it when giving me the total. Called them out and said I didn't ask for those. They went to the back to see if other ones were in stock, but still didn't ask me what lens I wanted (transition, btw). They never came back to me, instead sent someone else to take over. I felt like they were passing me off, not worth their time or something. It was quite unfortunate as I had been getting glasses there for a number of years prior. My husband and I ended up leaving without making a purchase.

They were so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend a visit for your next pair of glasses or sunnies! Thank you!!

We were met with friendly staff and a clean store She found a pair of frames she liked and we ordered them. I asked how long it would take and it was only 1 hour . We came back an hour later and sure enough they were ready! Cliff was really friendly and provided great customer service. Very happy with this store and will Go back next year when I need new glasses.

Every time we go into the shop just to browse, Cliff is helpful and encourages us to take our time. He is detailed in his quotes and explains everything thoroughly. During our most recent visit, we ended up purchasing 2 pairs of glasses with Cliff's help.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars to the female staff who paid attention to detail with my glasses and spent extra time with me to make sure they fit just right. The males on the other hand seemed to want to rush things and when selling me lenses, didn't even tell me what all of the extra features were that you could pay for. They charged me for almost all of them, which was fine, but it would have been nice to know what I was getting for sure. They just glossed over like "you get all of it, scratch resistance, blue light filter etc" I wanted to know what else there was since my last pair of glasses was a decade ago. I dealt with the male staff for picking out frames and lenses, but the female staff were there to help me fit and make sure things were done right. Overall though, the customer service was decent.

Also came in to look for new nose pads and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. She replaced the nose pad, cleaned and tightened up my loose glasses for free! Highly recommend.
