โ โ โ โ โ 2nd visit here. 1st time was was okay but, had a different lady this time who was obviously not a professionally trained barber. Not uniform in her cutting technique - One side was choppy compared to the other. Didn't whisk cuttings away, no mirror after to show how she had cut my hair.
$5 increase due to Covid 19 + ($2 for a mask). Taking advantage of the situation jacking up the price that much. Not impressed.... won't be back.

โ โ โ โ โ I tried all stylists and so far, I've been really happy with the result except that my hair is considered and paid "long hair" haircut in my last visit. I only got a trim because I am planning to grow my hair. Not really sure what is considered a "long hair" for men when the length of my hair is just below my ears. Overall, I am very happy with the results and how they listen to my request.

โ โ โ โ โ My family has never met a more "entitled" staff. It's as if they live in a world where they are the only salon in town. Here goes,
1st incident: my wife brings my son for a haircut & was told that they have to be wearing a "medical grade" mask (his was a cloth one). They offered to provide one for a charge of $5.00!! Are you kidding me?!! With the amount of money they are charging, this should be free!!
2nd incident (we shouldn't have came back, actually): I brought my son in and was told that we could not leave the place where we are sitting unless we get called. Understandable. But while she was cleaning, she tells me that I have to stand up because she is going near the area where I was sitting. I am masked, and not touching anything. It is quite baffling to me why they provide seats inside for customers only to ask them to stand up because they are going around that area. This is both inconvenient, controlling, and ignorant.
At a time when people are losing jobs, $23 haircuts are too expensive to be disrespected. We will never come back to this awful place.

โ โ โ โ โ The lady cutting my hair was entitled and wouldnโt listen to what I was trying to tell her. She had the audacity to call me bossy when I was telling her how I want my hair done??? Then she tried to charge me extra for a trimโฆTerrible customer service

โ โ โ โ โ I got my hair cut a couple of days ago. When I come back home, I figured my side hair length was different. She is not definitely professional for sure I WILL NEVER GET MY HAIRCUT AT THIS BARBERSHOP. Please don't visit this shop and it's not worth it even the haircut costs $23 and soooo quick.
