★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager Shaun and employee Sara service so bad. Their employee told me i need make a order if I withdraw cash over 5000. But I withdraw only 5000 today, manager said they do not have cash, only can give me 3500. I said my time is so rush today, please. But he said the daily limit is 3000 only. I think I got unfair service. And Shaun’s attitude is not good. So bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice, I booked an appointment to see a financial rep and both times they did not show up. I wasted two separate trips because two BMO reps pulled no-shows. Then, I arranged to renew an investment. Close to the renewal date, a BMO rep phoned me to say they didn't have any renewal instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May 30th, 2019. The lady in charge of the teller refused to help me. It was a simple request. I had to go to another BMO branch and they gave me what I needed in a minute. This was the second time these things happened. I will complain to the branch manager.

My dad and I banked with BMO for 50 years. My dad passed away, so had to take his name off the account. Teller told me to come back tomorrow. I went next day, the teenage administrator Shirley demanded to see my dads will. Told her that's none of her business I have the death certificate right here. Long story short very abrupt, no empathy, no sympathy, nothing to say to me to keep my business. I will close my business with them lost a loyal 50 year customer. Horrible service.
I guess you have to be chinese to get any service here. Hope the BMO management reads the reviews !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrive at the bank during normal hours. The doors are open but nobody is around. I can walk through the entire branch, but it's like a ghost town.
So imagine my surprise when I find the chalkboard saying there's no teller service on Saturdays. What is the point of opening your doors then? Even the local dollar store or flea market is more professionally run than this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived this branch seeing two tellers are available at their desk, but one teller just told me to stay back because she was doing something (really?), then I moved to another teller who even didn't bother looking at me while doing nothing. What the hell customer service is that?
