This places hasn’t changed much since I was a kid! Super friendly staff. Only has one atm inside and one drive thru atm.

try another location!!! Super slow and not smart enough. Branch manager seems did not care about customer services ethier. Stupid is the right word to describe the team.

I opened the direct investment account with a representative, telling me it only took three days to transfer all my assets from another institution and trading is allowed during the transfer. But afterwards I requested a cancellation to the rep. A week later I was told there's no way to cancel. So transaction acctualy closed and cancelled all my orders including stop loss. I can't do any tradings and was informed it could take more than 10 days. I contact investment department, supervisor says it's my responsibility to check if the info is correct. Share my experience so you'll be careful.

I have been on hold for OVER 2 hours just to ask a question about my account with an annoying recording to continue to hold for next available specialist. This is terrible customer customer. TD needs to hire more "specialist" so customers don't wait hours being on hold. I will look for a New bank with better customer service!
