โ โ โ โ โ I visit here every week, its a very unique way of helping customers at this location..they call this "open concept"; no tellers, no hierarchy, very unique idea. so far I met andrea gu there.. definitely recommend bmo customers trying it out

โ โ โ โ โ This is not the first time I have received excellent service from this BMO branch. The lady Marissa (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) has helped me a couple of times on some complicate banking matters. She initiated a call to the banking center and solved all my problems. Unlike TD bank, which turns me away to telephone banking, and I had to call them multiple times and be put on hold for over 45 mins each time time to get through, even for reporting a lost credit card. Special thanks to Marissa and her colleagues, this BMO branch has become the leader in customer service standard of the banking industry in Canada.
