Nice people work here.I have only good things to say about the pharmacists and front end staff. The store is clean and well stocked. I highly recommend the Minato Village Shoppers!

BE CAREFUL with the rude cashier Alien and rude supervisor Rosanda.They will spare no time to stop you from purchasing tissues only because I wanna donation to poor people. They decline to sell tissues only because that's cheaper that original price. They have a BIG picture of save the budget from lablow headquater. What a great staff. Your whole company will proud of you because you refuse sell tissue paper for donation and safe 20 cents for big boss. I suggest They will give you both a big promotion for that 20 cents. Great job！

Tidy branch location includes pharmacy section, no post office. Self-service cashier section available for quick shopping transactions. Good parking space available, not overly crowded compared to other SDM branch locations.

I went to this shoppers today, for my baby formula milk, at the beginning I took 6 small packages in total (Each one contained 6 bottles). 4 packages are milk flavour, and the rest of two are vanilla, but I prefer there is any more of milk flavour that I would like to switch the vanilla, so I asked one of the salesperson, she saw my 6 small packages formula milk, told me I already pick up more, so they don't have more. The thing is that she was using a very strange feeling to look at me, (why I need to buy more formulas). Later on, when I was ready to check out, she quickly went to one of the cashiers that I was waiting for, and told her something, so the cashier phoned the manager. Their conversation was about my 6 small packages of formula milk. And later on the manager told her the 6 package is okay for purchase. I asked the manager what happened, she told me they have a limited offer, and each formula flavour limit is 4 packages. During the whole situation, the salesperson made me feel I am sooooo strange to buy 6 small packages of formula milk, they sell it, they need to know what their limit is right? I didn't over purchase anything, it is just for my baby. My baby needs at least 4 bottles per a day, so I only took 36 bottles, that is only 9 days amount, If I order online it will take 3 week for shipping, I don't know if there is any problem for me to purchase 6 small package formula milk? The salesperson and cashier made me feel super strange, The manager is a nice person. I would say don't buy too many items in this store, they will make you feel you are a stranger, and they will call the manager to check you. To be honest, if they work in this store, they need to know what the Shoppers buying limit is rather than every single time to call their manager, and make your customers feel weird.

The location is wonderful with lots of parking. The staff are super friendly and offer help, great customer service every time I go in. Not only a pharmacy, for a smallish store it has many items you need for everyday. I will pop in for essentials, milk, eggs etc and always find what I need. Last but not least, great prices, especially if you find what you want on sale. Susan

It might not as be big as other Shoppers, but has a good selection, very convenient location. The pharmacists are also very helpful. One of them was very patient with my kid the other day for a booster shot appointment. I highly recommend this Shoppers branch!

My wife and I have been using this Shoppers since it opened, after many years of great experience with the Shoppers at No. 2 and Blundell. Why move? Because we live Steveston. After a brief learning curve at the beginning, this staff has made every effort to get to know us and to serve us in the best possible way. Especially helpful are the key pharmacists. I realize that if you come once you might have a disappointing experience for any number of reasons (including reasons related to the customer). However, after hundreds of visits and purchases I would rank this store as one of the best we've had the opportunity to frequent. Keep up the good work.
