These guys got me in same day to install my winter tires after I waited until we had a big snow fall. They even removed the tire pressure sensors without ANY damage and gave them to me since my car doesn’t use tpms system. Great guys and great service 5/5 !!

This was my first visit to West Rich Auto and I really appreciate the service provided by the staff. The staff did a through out inspection and clearly explained me the sound problem due to broken muffler. They were very clear in explaining the issue and helping me to get it fixed. I highly recommend West Rich Auto, I will rather say they are 'The Best' mechanics for your Car anytime. Thank you very much!!

Excellent and trustworthy service from West-Rich. I had a weird engine problem (an unexpected stall. It restarted and drove fine but check engine light was on). It was the kind of problem that they could have tinkered with and progressively run up a bill. But instead they explained that they have seen the same problem before on this model. It would require a replacement engine but may be covered under a recall. I took it to the dealer and, sure enough, it was a known issue under recall (despite being outside the warrantee period). I will recommend West-Rich Auto to anyone.

I am so glad stopped in this shop at the gas station, I just asked to see if they could check the nuts of the tires and they helped me immediately, I went back because Costco could not install my tires in a decent time and they went beyond to help me out. It was brought to my attention about the condition of the brakes and decided to fix them, it was an unexpected expense but it was necessary, everyone was very helpful and I am very pleased with them, they even let me borrow a van while my car was in service. Now I know where to go to a trustful place and great service and great people. Thank you guys will recommend you a lot!!

I have had my vehicle serviced at West Rich Auto now twice. The staff is friendly, got me in immediately both times, and did a fantastic job. They price very fairly and are very skilled! Highly recommended!!!

Super nice guys. I have an older Miata project car and was having all sorts of electrical gremlins that I was having trouble sorting out myself. They probably spent more time than they charged me but got everything sorted out and got the car running again no problem. They understood this is a project car and there are tons of other issues, but didn't waste my time or money and gave me some really great advice on what to work on next and how I could do it myself. Would recommend they seem like an honest team that went above and beyond to help out an amateur. Cheers, Phil

‼️BEST IN THE WEST‼️ This is By far the best experience car service Ive discovered in West Richmond. They are super friendly guys and honest trustworthy people you'll ever meet in the Automotive industry. The Owner Nishad was very nice guy to do the best to finish the Repair/service in time b4 I had work the next day especially Thank you so much to Strong/smart Team with Maha & the Filipino guy and every one of them. They're all hardworking individuals doing the best service. I've been to this shop multiple times now for regular maintenance/inspection and Repair service as Well 1) My Rotors were warped and worn out I brought in my fresh Rotors&Pads, Maha and his team put it all together in the same day no time wasted amazing job ? 2) My alternator died out so I went this shop do the new replacement and it's running like new. 3) I had my studs broken down in the middle of the highway. Out of coincidence I had their shop number so I called them to set an appointment to replace the studs. They were even kind enough to offer a towing service number to me when I was in a bad incident So they recommend these bigger stronger lug nuts for the right wheels. Thank u Maha 4) they replace my serpentine belt And my oil pan/Filter housing gasket was replaced with new one BC it was leaking If you are here and looking for a trustworthy reliable quality service these are the right people to bring your vehicles I recommend 100% My Acura is currently sitting at 283k Km Milage. Thanks to these Good people, now my vehicle is running like it came out of the dealership. Amazing job ? I will definitely come here again, for next 20k km to do my next Timing chain Replacement BEST IN THE WEST ?
