E	Emily Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give this Freshii a zero star review I would. I placed an order for catering via email a month before my event. I got confirmation it would be available on the day I requested. I arrived on the day and the staff were not even notify of my order. I waited 20 minutes for them to quickly make my order, which was a huge inconvience because it made me late for my event. To make matters worst, I needed my order to be 100% vegan due to dietary restrictions. I found bacon bites and cheese within some of the wraps. There was no immediate compensatiob or apology over the phone from the owner. (Over the phone, as the staff was in touch with the owners via phone to confirm my order). Instead, I get an email apology from the owner a few hours. I responded about my dissatisfaction and they responded that they will compensate me by either providing me with a gift card or my next catering order will be free of charge. I made a choice of the gift card, since I will not be hosting any events in the near future. It has now been 6 weeks since they promised the compensation and I have no heard from them. I've followed up twice and there has been no response. Needless to say I will not be visiting this Freshii again and this is just extremely poor customer service.

Usually order the Buddha Satay, Banana nut crunch smoothie, or make my own bowl. Always delicious never disappointed. This location is always clean, friendly, and caring in regards to their food. The best part? The daytime worked Kaila. She always makes my orders perfect, and with a nice speed. I have had mistakes on my ordered before, but never with Kaila. I would give 6/5 stars if I could just for her service and hard work. THANK YOU SEAFAIR FRESHII LOCATION!!
C	Chris Gigliotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freshii is a very healthy place to eat. Their menu items are nutritionally balanced, they have a dietician you can email with any questions you might have. The bigger question is: how does the food taste? Very good! The price is a little more expensive than other fast food places, but not egregiously so. Definitely worth checking out.

Aside from this franchise, there are absolutely no healthy alternative locations aside from the usual fast foods and Asian cuisine which I don't like.I am very grateful to have Freshii in our neighbourhood ; as a result I patronize this location almost daily. The quality and freshness of the ingredients is uniformly high for pretty much any item one orders. I have found the staff very personable, conscientious, and willing to go the distance to provide an excellent standard of service. Kudos to Kayla who remembered my name after one visit and who always says hi when I enter the store.Overall, a big thumbs up!

In the last couple of months, one employee has started closing down 15+ minutes from close. We saw her turn others away in the past, and tonight she rudely told us and two other customers that "you must order any hot food 30 minutes before close." This is completely ridiculous as you can order everything on the app until 15 mins before close. The women who used to work here in the evenings were wonderful, the recognized us and other regular customers and even remembered our orders. What happened to them?! I'm disappointed that this location has become so unreliable.
K	Kit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here 3 times now. The first two times my bowls were very empty and today I watched this girl take nearly 15 mins to make my wrap. Just my wrap, nothing else. That is way too long, I could've have gone to a sit down restaurant and been served faster than this. My wrap is also pretty empty in terms of filing. The other freshii locations aren't like this, I wish I could like it but I everytime I come here I am disappointed.

Their Infamous smoothie: Recoverii This smoothie will remind you to your last barf after losing a drinking contest. I feel bad for this franchisee, because their location is nice, the place is clean, they also have their COVID protocol, and I think the rest of their menu might be very good. But I'm a bit mad for allowing themselves to have such a horrendous item (Recoverii smoothie) to be on their menu. Truly ? barf flavour.
