★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconsistent salads and bowls. I came here multiple times in the past and every single time, I come back thinking it would be different. The salads are gross. And the bowls are tiny (there’s barely any meat even though I tell told them I wanted to add protein into the bowl. Freshii is a good company, just not this place specifically. Either it’s because the workers there are cheap as hell or they’re just stupid. I cant tell. Avoid this place. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I just got home with one of their Buffalo Salads and it was drenched in sauce that I couldn’t even eat it, and only 2 pieces of chicken. What a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and customer service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I made an error ordering on the mobile app and sent my order to the wrong store. The staff fixed the issue no problem. I was super impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the kale Caesar salad the leaves were wilted, it was at room temperature, tasted overdue and there was more quinoa than kale. Never come here they do not provide the quality that you would expect from freshii.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally! More choices for food around this area. Prices are a little high, and protein is extra $ but overall the salad is very fresh and filling. I got the umammi bowl, and would reccomend it. They also have a nutrition calculator on the app if you're curious about what you're eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been back to this Freshii location in a couple of years and decided to go back to try it out again - I wish I hadn't. I ordered the pulled chicken tacos. The main ingredient they put in was beans. There were 2 pieces of cube chicken in each taco so you got maybe 1 bite with chicken in it - again cubed not pulled. The tortillas were soggy. The tortilla chips it came with were stale and inedible. Definitely not worth the $15.99 before tax.
Will not be going back there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow wow wow i just found a long DIRTY STICK IN MY COBB SALAD. The worst! I am scarred to say the least!!!! I am wondering if the food is even safe. It was filthy and right in the middle of my salad. Im soo dissapointed as i thought this would be a good new location! NEVER RETURNING AGAIN! Health hazard.
