M	Muak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A newly opened supermarket, grand opening’s price is pretty good especially fruits. However cashier is not well trained probably because of grand opening? Or the melon barcode was not properly enter right? We bought melon but were charged for another orange fruit for $18. Luckily we saw the mistake on the receipt and manager refunded us. This store is more like no frills or superstore.

She was so friendly, accomodating and went beyond and above her usual tasks. I went back to her again because I need some information. She gladly helped me without second thought. Indeed good experience like that would make you patronize the store more.

Self check out option available which makes it easy if your just stopping by for a couple of items. Also located in a very nice location with many stores around which is a nice bonus!

M	Mark Moldowan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible layout, poor quality veggies, and kind of dirty. The staff are nice, but there never seems to be enough of them. Vegetarian proteins are lacking here too. You're stuck with either Gardein, Yves, or an Israeli brand that's decent, but is all frozen foods. There are some positives - the prices are low, which is a huge plus right now. They also have a decent international selection, including Middle Eastern foods (a rarity in Richmond).

They are super friendly and helpful with the product information, especially the woman standing at the station close to the self checkout station. Their great customer service really stands out compared to the experience I had at other stores like Shopper Drug Mart and Real Canadian Superstore. The SDM or RCSS customer service staff normally do not have patient with customers and sometimes yelled to the customers.
R	Roydon D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check-out staff are fast, efficient, and kind. They're also super helpful when you have a question or need help finding things. Stock of some things have been a little bare on account of the recent supply issues/seasonal buying but it's gotten much better already. Masks are still required and disinfectant is available to wipe down shopping baskets and carts. The store is kept clean and my experiences have been great so far!
