Place with absolutely incompetent workers. Had to go to different location where I was provided excellent service, helped with all my transactions and explained everything I needed to understand without β€œSOOORRY WE CAN’T DO IT” attitude. Avoid!

Eliza Pedeo is the worst person to deal with at TD bank Hillcrest mall. She is very unprofessional, rude with zero Customer service skill. worst place to do business. Stay away from this branch

It was not even a busy day... just a couple of people at the tellers...several bank employees walking around looking important, no one to direct you in any direction, no greeting of any sorts, no one made any eye contact... stood around awkwardly a bit and I left... will take my business where it 's more welcoming.

Durre and her supervisor made a simple task of a debit card replacement a complete nightmare. I showed 3 pieces of Government Photo ID, as well as a TD Credit Card, and pin verification. They said I'm still not verified. WHAT? They said the manager said no, and I can't speak to the manager either, she's too busy. What kind of service? I called TD EasyLine, and job was done in 3 minutes including verification.

Super busy branch due to location so understandable for long wait times during rush period. Today we were there at 4pm behind 2 ppl waiting for the business teller line. There was a women with a walker at the booth and everyone waited 20 minutes before the first guy complained out loud. I over heard the teller (50 year old white lady with round glasses) say to the client at her booth that she wasn’t going to hurry just cause he was throwing a fit. Luckily, the non business teller (young Asian girl) one booth over saw the situation and invited us over 1 by 1. As a business owner myself, I’m perplexed why the business teller wasn’t trained to redirect her line rather then making a stubborn stand over how her clients should stay quite and waiting. By the time we left we had been at the branch for about 35-40min and the same women with the walker was still at the same teller booth ?☠️. Again this line was designated for small business. Once again as a business owner's perspective, this really hurts their branding image which I’m sure they’ve spent hundreds of millions of dollars to build up. I recall TD being a standout leader in customer service but apparently this branch didn't get the notice.

Worst thing this bank can ever does as not only it moves to a smaller location(despite being super busy branch) followed by very few tellers and line up back up all the time. You have to stand on the line even if you come here for non banking services. Just getting worst and worst. Compare to its fellow banks that are now updating on quicker services while this branch just lowers all the standards

Only two people working behind the counter until the line became super long. All of a sudden staff appeared behind the counters and started clearing the line of customers. Shouldn’t they have just all been at the counters to prevent long waits…? After a call with TD, I was advised to come to this location for something super simple, pick up an access card. The staff helping me was incompetent and the process took well over 25 mins (not including the wait). I was also provided incorrect information and now am on hold to talk to a TD specialist as I write this review to clarify all that went wrong yesterday at this location… With the low google ratings for this location, you’d think they’d try to improve..?

Very disappointed with the service at this bank. I had To deposit 2 money orders and 1 draft. One account opened 10 years ago with xx,xxx total balance and a small draft was held. Another account opened 6 years ago and a nominal money order also held and a third money order all held . These accounts have no to maybe 1 or 2 withdrawals a year. Makes absolutely NO SENSE for the holds. I don’t need the funds but not very customer friendly. And no reason for the customer service agent to question where the funds were from for such small deposits. If the CSR would review the accounts she would see that deposits in similar amounts are deposited into the accounts . I was very offended. I will definitely not visit this branch. I expect if I was depositing 100s of thousands of dollars to have the experience I had yesterday but not for such small Transactions ! Customer Experience total fail.
