★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank tellers are very friendly and inviting, I unfortunately or fortunately don't have direct deposit through my employer so I need to deposit my cheques manually. Every time have gone there I wait maybe at max 10 minutes, (usually around lunch) but typically I am the only one there. My home branch is in Spruce Grove but they are too much of a disaster for me to even want to go there. I appreciate all that the Stony Plain TD does, keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the manager of TD Stony Plain: I do business with your branch because it is the only one near me (other than Spruce Grove which is worse). TD’s unprofessionalism is embarrassing. If I dress casually or in work wear, I get treated like a suspect when I come in to withdraw money. This is after giving the PIN for my card that has my name stamped on it and providing government photo ID. That should be enough.
