★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been my insurance company for 15 years now ,and iam claims free etc but i had a bump in the road of life here recently and i couldn't pay my insurance on time the past 2 mths so they want the rest paid up front when i am already struggling to make ends meet plus no one can tell me where my vehicle disappeared too and its been gone for about 3 weeks now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get your auto policies here. This company is a joke. I canceled 3 policies here in writing and they continue to withdraw money from my account. The date is April 11 the policies were canceled Feb 28. I seem to be still paying. I asked for the district managers phone number and the staff member Connie promptly hung up on me.
